Player Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“Player,” “you”) and the company operating TaoFortune (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the TaoFortune website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

TaoFortune operates as a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform built around two virtual currencies. No purchase necessary to play or win, and every player has an equal opportunity to participate regardless of whether they ever acquire Sweeps Coins through a purchase-linked method.

Participation is available only where permitted by applicable law. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform, and continued use after any posted revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TaoFortune shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You and the Company each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated proceeding, or representative action. Claims must be brought solely in your individual capacity.

The arbitration shall be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to limited judicial review as permitted by law.

This arbitration and class-action waiver survives termination of your account and of these Terms. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder of the section shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

Access to TaoFortune is limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the player’s jurisdiction, whichever is later.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to participate under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where participation is not restricted, and that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction excluded from eligible states sweepstakes participation as identified in the Official Rules.

You further represent that you are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company, and that all information you provide during registration is true, current, and complete.

Eligibility rules vary by jurisdiction, and it remains your responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful where you reside before creating an account. Misrepresentation of eligibility is grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any Sweeps Coins balance.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

TaoFortune uses two virtual, non-transferable digital tokens: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are a play-only currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or converted for money or prizes under any circumstance.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency that, subject to the Official Rules and where legally permitted, may be redeemed for prizes after satisfying applicable verification requirements. No purchase necessary to play or win, and Sweeps Coins may always be obtained through free methods described in the Official Rules, including an alternative method of entry by mail.

Requests for the alternative method of entry may be submitted in writing to A1 Development LLC, #90122 5830 East 2nd St. PMB 90122, Casper, WY 82609, USA, following the exact instructions posted in the current Official Rules. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

All digital tokens are licensed, not sold, to you solely for entertainment purposes within the platform. The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, and this limited license terminates automatically upon account closure, suspension, or termination.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You must notify the Company promptly of any unauthorized access, lost credentials, or suspected security breach. The Company reserves the right to require identity, age, and address verification at any time, including before processing any prize redemption.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Duplicate, shared, or falsely registered accounts may be suspended or closed, and any associated Sweeps Coins balance may be forfeited without compensation.

Players who wish to restrict or close their access to the platform may request self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting the Company through the designated support channel described in the Player Agreement Overview.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

You agree not to engage in fraud, collusion, use of automated scripts or bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

Prohibited activity also includes providing false registration information, attempting to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions, operating multiple accounts, and using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

The Company may investigate suspected violations, withhold or reverse affected token balances, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where such activity is suspected.

Any prize redemption obtained through fraud or abuse of these Terms is void, and the Company reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedy against the responsible party.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on TaoFortune, including trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, and text, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the Company’s prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or other contributions you submit may be used by the Company without compensation, attribution, or further obligation.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including power outages and network disruptions, may cause temporary interruptions.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, displayed balances, or token totals, the Company reserves the right to void affected results and restore accounts to their pre-malfunction state.

The Company is not responsible for any losses, missed opportunities, or inconvenience arising from a system outage or technical disruption, and no compensation is owed beyond correction of the affected account balance.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising from your use of TaoFortune shall not exceed the value of any unredeemed Sweeps Coins held in your account at the time the claim arose.

The Company disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

Termination and General Provisions

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at its sole discretion.

These Terms, together with the Official Rules and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of TaoFortune. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

The Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sections addressing arbitration, liability, and indemnification survive any termination of your account.

These Terms may be updated periodically, and the effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
